Food Safety Quality Management Report
One of my major projects for Sound Generations was food systems operation audits. The city requires them to do the audits yearly as well as additional random inspections from the health department. I went to the sites where Sound Generations is in charge of this audit (some sites contract to others) and conducted the food safety audit. I was as able to write a well-researched report that detailed how well the program is doing as a whole on food safety compliance.
The specific data I was looking for are:
Chart of site grades to gain an average view for how well they are achieving the metrics for the program overall.
Which metric is the most “failed”, this will be used to decide topics for future in-service lessons
Ranking the sites from highest to lowest achievement in food safety, this will be used for commendations as well as determining which sites may need more attention and training
What is the median, mode, and standard deviation for achievement ratings to gain a clearer picture of where the program is as a whole
